Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Manpower Supply Specialists. In this role, you will coordinate the deployment of skilled workforce to meet client needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the assignment and scheduling of manpower, including skilled trades and laborers, to client sites for construction work.
• Ensure laborers are equipped and prepared for on-site duties according to project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to workforce deployment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 70% of the work in your respective trade.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of manpower supply operations is a plus.

Competitive Salary Packages and Benefits

• Starting Rate: Minimum of 5 AED per hour.
